Decorative Fabric Workshops

Laurel Coxon will lead this two week workshop, preparing and then printing on fabric. Add elements of foil to your printed fabric for the finishing touch.
Participants need to attend both sessions and provide the base fabric.
Week 1 (29 Nov): Discover how to prepare and dye your fabric then create design motifs.
Week 2 (6 Dec): Learn how to heat press and print the designs onto your fabric.
Use your fabric to make lovely reusable gift wrap for this year’s presents, cushions or garments and learn the process to make more! Explore the Japanese art of wrapping with fabric – Furoshiki.
Please book early. Max. 8 places. The booking cost covers both weeks.
