Summer Art Week 2025 : Darkroom Photography

Dive into our pop up darkroom space to capture some wonderful light experiments.

A rare opportunity to be creative in a darkroom.
This special workshop with photographer and teacher Marcus Davies will look at experimental darkroom techniques such as drawing with light and the photogram processes as well as creating traditional photographic prints with negatives. All materials will be provided and you will leave with some of your own landscape photographs and a better understanding of how the darkroom can influence the atmosphere of an image.

All materials and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch.
