Half Term Clay Workshop

Join emerging artist Olivia Parsons - active member of the CAMP network - for a mindful family workshop working intuitively with clay, using only your hands as tools and nature as inspiration.

Create small objects, vessels and imprinted sculptures, learning basic techniques such as pinch pot formation, imprinting, and hand modelling. We will reflect on our place in nature and what the natural world means to us.

We will fire two pieces per participant, but feel free to create as many pieces as you wish. Fired pieces will be available for collection from THG 2+ weeks after the workshop, details will be shared shortly after the workshop.

Materials, firing and refreshments provided.

Two hour workshop aimed at families with children aged 5 years and over.

Flat rate of £10 per participant to cover costs including firing. Book early, limited to 10 places.
